This 2-hour session will include:
a 40-min presentation on the basics of how energy works, how energy affects life situations and health, and things we can do to channel our energy correctly for a harmonious living.
an hour-long healing session customized to the group's objectives and healing needs.
Q and A to address individual scenarios to leverage energy to activate our highest timelines.

This is an informal 1-hour gathering that occurs every other week. Sessions include a spiritual discussion of a topic of interest followed by group healing session. The group healing session will vary each session so as to ensure participants receive what's needed to reset their energy and clear their aura.
